Join transformational coach & community care worker, Dana Balicki, Lacey Prpić Hedtke and The Future, (+ plant / human / more-than-human friends) for some whimsical weirdness, playful subversiveness & capacity-building for aliveness under pressure. 

Together, we'll gather in a gorgeous corner of Minneapolis and Dana will guide us through a creatively expansive practice for presence and what she calls "slowdown medicine," — an antidote of interdependence, magic, and anti-optimization in a world demanding our speed and disconnection.
 
This live, free, in-person event is part guided nature connection, part play time (for adults!) & part disentangling yourself from the dominant paradigm.
