Danielle O'Malley is a traveling muralist and interdisciplinary artist, based out of Oakland, California. Inspired by folklore, 90's cartoons, decay, femininity, and the occult, her work weaves sugarcoated cutesy kitsch with the odd and macabre to create a world that is equally inviting and perturbed.
Since graduating from the California College of Arts in 2010, she’s painted murals and participated in exhibitions internationally from Berlin to Tijuana. She utilizes printmaking, painting, collage and found objects to create shadowboxes, life size playhouses, zines and street art.
