Coarse sea salt is blended with rhassoul clay to gently cleanse and exfoliate the skin, while seaweed and kelp provide antioxidants. Crisp and balsamic cypress essential oil encourages slow, deep breathing, while rosemary livens the spirit and reduces stress and fatigue.

The Ritual: Add a handful to about 1 cup to the bath just prior to entering the tub or while already inside. If you do not wish to have plant materials loose in your tub you may use the bath salts in a muslin, silk, or tea bag. No tub? Try bath salts as a luxurious foot soak.
